Development activities in our group are organized locally. Besides one coordination center for major projects each location has the responsibility to develop new products within its own product line.
There is a constant flow of communication between the individual divisions. If one project concerns several divisions individual teams for this project are formed.
The main tasks of these development centers are the development of new products as well as the analysis of potentials for cost-cutting measures concerning existing products, the identification of optimal combinations of material and optimizing the production at the sites of our customers.
