Following the trend in the market for transparent and semitransparent labels on packaging, which meets the approval of modern customers. Plastic labels are, however, traditionally applied to the packaging from reels and require therefore equipment for this application. As the paper industry traditionally operates with sheets, these labels also are sheet applied. Especially for a rising market, new investment for reel applications cannot be justified. Transparent labels can therefore also be applied with a low tolerance and very efficiently, on the same equipment used for paper labels.
